What we collect

• Account data — name and email when you sign in (via CSD ID or Google). We never see or store your password for third-party sign-in.
• Business data — details you add to a business page you own or claim.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP, pages requested) kept for security and reliability.

Directory listings

Unclaimed business listings are built from publicly available and licensed sources, including OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and the Google Places API. These listings contain business information — names, addresses, phone numbers, hours — not personal profiles. Business owners can claim a listing to control it, or contact us to correct or remove information.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
• We use cookies only to keep you signed in.

Sharing

Public business pages are visible to anyone, including on other City Software Developers products (for example, automotive listings appear on CityAutobahn). Account data is shared only with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, email, payments) and when required by law.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your account data by contacting us. Business owners can edit their pages from the dashboard at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
