The service

City Shop is a local business directory and storefront platform operated by City Software Developers. By using it you agree to these terms.

Directory accuracy

Listings are compiled from public, licensed and owner-provided sources and refreshed regularly, but we do not guarantee accuracy. Always confirm critical details (hours, availability, pricing) with the business directly. Attribution for sourced data appears on listing pages.

Claiming a business

Claiming a listing is reserved for the business owner or an authorized representative. We may ask for verification and may revoke a claim made in bad faith. Owners are responsible for the content they publish on their page.

Acceptable use

• No false, misleading or unlawful content.
• No scraping or bulk-harvesting the directory.
• No attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Accounts and plans

Free listings remain free. Paid plans, when offered, are billed as described at purchase and may be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Software Developers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on listing information.
